Well it got here 2004.
I hear gun shots.
It will not be 2004 for another hour out in ElPaso, Texas!
Good night folks, happy new year and God bless us one and all.
I am going to bed; if the gunshooters stop shooting.

I just found it in Clod's email.
I was cleaning out spam and junk for him,
with him off line that trash mail is like weeds.
So every few days I go in and clean it out for him.

2004 sure came in with a bang, literally!. fireworks, machine guns, cannon(?), some unidentified booming noise and the usual hollering, and ATV's roaring up and down the street at all hours. not much sleep in these parts(yawn).

My 11 yo Himalayan, Top Cat, was outside when the shooting started.
I went to the door and let him inside.
He seemed a little hesitant he hugged the wall as he came to the door.
I have never had gun fire here before;
firecrackers, yes, guns no.
There have been some foriegners move into the area recently;
I expect it was them celebrating.

the horses i have now aren,t as scared as the old girl i used to have she really didn,t like, gun shots and fire works, we have some who come here from the city to party and they go a little nuts, so its always good to keep an eye on them.

Ironic ain't it? People leave all the noise of the city to come to the country to make noise!!??? Old John Wayne movie, old mountain man says; " The trouble with people is they make too much noise"
