Glad to see our dogs aren't the only ones who have to help with the household chores....

you're probably right dave :)
i have a courtesy theory about inanimate stuff - you ever wonder why the new wash machine likes to dance? why the new toaster oven smells like burning styrofoam? or why your new 30-06 kicked like a mule the first time you fired it? well the answer has nothing to do with levis, protective packing or cosmoline - those are just industrial excuses to avoid lawsuits. nope. the real problem is one of courtesy, and modern taiwanese sweat shops and production lines are kinda lacking in that. for example who ever bothered to find out if that puddle of molten steel really wanted to be a railroad sign? well there ya go - that's the problem. and it doesn't take long - in fact years ago when we'd get a truckload of lumber, i'd always walk up to it and ask in a clear voice "any objections?" if there weren't any, bam, i'd whack the bands with the claws of my framing hammer. i mean being nice gets to be part of life and what was so hard about that? now if i can just figure out why my theories bore people to tears ---

"any problem with my posting this?" :)
