Interesting article...I just discovered this columnist. She's pretty funny. I'm sure she's well known.

Yup, Ann is one of my favorite conservatives. She doesn't pull any punches. Viewed her on a few talk shows. The messages in Her books, listed above are right to the point. She is probably one of the largest thorns in the Clinton's buttocks, basically because she is very factual. Many just cringe when they listen or read her opinions because she is a master at overkill.

I consider myself, like MOST voters, a Moderate. The Democratic Party has moved so far to the Left that I have to vote for Dubya. Dean scares me to death, it's like voting for Karl Marx. Regan and Clinton got the Moderate vote, (for whatever reason) which is why they were both 2 Term Presidents. When will the DNC see that, and move their party closer to the center of the isle to regain the Moderate vote and regain some of the House and Senate seats as well as the White House. Hope I didn't offend, JUST MY O

Yup, that finger pointing and "Sit down and Shut-up" retoric just didn't cut it with me.

Ana    Posted 01-13-2004 at 06:06:26       [Reply]  [No Email]
Oh, yes, we know her---from the NOT REALLY "fair and balanced" Republican TV station. Hey, I'm a GW-cured Republican. Always voted Republican because I thought we should control our spending, you know "NO NEW TAXES", but GWB cured me. Now I'm ABBB (Any Body But Bush). All's fair in Love and War, hugh? Oh, but I'm bad today. Sorry.

Uh...    Posted 01-13-2004 at 09:56:12       [Reply]  [No Email]
Who is 'hugh'?

Salmoneye, Wants To Know...

Ana don't be sorry for your convictions. Just be sure they're your very own, and not something you were encouraged to believe. Now, I don't buy into Bill O'rielly's claim that he's looking out for me. On the contrary, I know he is mostly looking out for himself. Further, I know politicians can not be trusted 100 percent of the time. But, I feel better about President Bush than I Could about Al Gore. And, so far, I've not been encouraged by anything the Presidential wanttabees have had to say. I feel today kinda like the way people felt when Dewey ran against Truman. I know what we have and I'm totally unsure of what the other side has to offer. What ever you do, don't be led by blind faith when it comes to voting.

yup me too ABBB - he's lied to us too many times.

Ann Coulter makes regular appearances on "The O'rielly Factor" on Fox News Cable. As far as I'm concerned, she lays to rest the opinion that Blonds are dumb.

Craig in NY    Posted 01-13-2004 at 15:39:38       [Reply]  [No Email]
Dumb? Three best sellers and you call that dumb. Apparently being truthful today is "dumb". She tells it like it is. A little too much enthusiasm, but at least truthful.

Steve from Tn    Posted 01-13-2004 at 04:49:51       [Reply]  [No Email]
Dave, go into Coulter's archives and read "When Blue States Attack". I don't want to ever have a war betweent the states again, but if we do, I think it might be the Reds vs. the Blues. In case you don't know, the blues voted for Gore. I'm not trying to paint the blues with the same paint brush; I know that many of the voters in the blue states did not vote Gore. The majority did.

Its good to know other 8n owners love anne coulter. I think she would make a great Vice President one day.

Please don't...    Posted 01-13-2004 at 02:32:11       [Reply]  [No Email]
Blame all of us for Howie...We just wanted him gone...Like to Florida to practice his golf swing or something...Who knew he was a megalomaniac with delusions of becoming important???

Salmoneye, Who Is Still PO'ed At Dick Snelling Over This Howie Person...

Brian-2N    Posted 01-13-2004 at 09:20:02       [Reply]  [Send Email]
Hey SE,
I was vacationing at Lake Bomoseen when Snelling died. I can't believe the whole party died with him. Things haven't been the same in VT without him.
BTW-you can take Howie back anytime. I'm sick of seeing him every morning on the local news.
There are some drawbacks to First-in-the-nation status.

Salmoneye    Posted 01-13-2004 at 09:54:01       [Reply]  [No Email]
Bomoseen used to be quite the resort...Back when they could use DDT for mosquito control...Sorta been downhill since then...That and the Marx Brothers died...

Snelling was Gov...Then 'retired' and we had Madeline Kunin (D) for years...Then Dick was elected again when he came out of retirement...Wasn't much effort for him to get back in...

Mudcat49    Posted 01-13-2004 at 03:45:13       [Reply]  [No Email]
Why dew yew hate us people down here in Florida? Send him someplace else!!!!!

Les...Hey Mudcat    Posted 01-13-2004 at 04:13:36       [Reply]  [No Email]
I see where our former Senator, Bob Smith, is now running for Senate from your state. He'd make you a good one. I always liked Bob. He went off the reservation a couple times but basically he's all right.

BW + For a price ,,, you    Posted 01-13-2004 at 03:58:30       [Reply]  [No Email]
Have him retire to Massatwoshutts can be any worst than what I got here now
Bill g.

Les    Posted 01-13-2004 at 02:38:35       [Reply]  [No Email]
ROFLMAO. At least poor old Dick could have lived long enough for you to figure Howie out, eh?
You should have elected Fred Tuttle when you had a chance.

Salmoneye    Posted 01-13-2004 at 02:52:45       [Reply]  [No Email]
I miss old Fred...

He certainly was a Man With A Plan...

And Dick...I used to work for him and then his son Mark...Go and have a coronary while cleaning the pool...Sheesh...He should have at least been a good republican and imported some illegals to do that for him...Leave us with Howie for a legacy...And how come no one has mentioned yet that he LOST to Dick, and that is how you become 2nd in line here?...I swear he only kept getting re-elected because no one smart enough want to run against him...I even tried to get Mark or Mrs. Snelling to run, but Nooooo...
