This is to invite any Canadians to a new group. It is to discuss all areas of farming to provide for ones family. Haying, canning and whatever else country you please. Come check it out . Debbie Ann. http://groups.msn.com/CanadianLifeontheFarm

this is discrimination to just invite Canadians. Got to show my passport to get in? Or change citizenship? I can say "eh" after any sentence.
But, can't eat the green gunk that is in a crab and call it mayonaise. Do I flunk?

You can come over too. We have members from the US too. The Canadian part is for classifieds . Anyone can come to learn and teach. Debbie Ann.

Dusty's doing better. I had her shod last thursday with special shoes. I finally got a break in the weather today for a good ride. At first she was all over the place with her feet, and not gaiting smoothly and FULL of attitude! I took her down the driveway for a flat road ride. She was balking, deaking and dodging to get out of it until I got fed up and smacked her a good one with the reins. (YES PETA people! I HIT my horse!) After that she was all smooth and eager to go forward. I think she has just had too much time off and was testing me. I didn't ride her for a whole month, while we tried to get everything under control. The sport shoes seem to be helping. I'll see tomorrow if she is sore from today's ride and go from there. So far, so good! No more drag marks from the left hind, and she gaited as smooth as can be for about a half mile. I have to start over again on conditioning her, but we'll get there.
