I'd like to use this means to welcome Nancy Pelosey and Tom Dashell to the George W. Bush Admiration Society.

If you saw their follow-up to GW's State of the Union speech last evening, you must know that they were more cautious than ever not to say anything too detrimental about his actions over the past 3 years. So, instead, they critized only that he was man enough to do what the United Nations wouldn't do. And, to bring into issues things that could have been done but weren't.
Well, give the man some credit. Seems to me he has had his hands pretty darn full. It's no wonder to me that he hasn't had time to fly to California for a haircut or to play around with interns.

No, what I think it is, is that they only wish their guys could do as well and so rather than further alieniate the democrats from their party, they are muddying the water to cloud voters mind.

What is your take on this subject? gfp

Yup Alias you hit-em both on the head. NP & TD have a job to do for the DNC. Problem is, their leading it in the wrong direction. If I did vote Democrat it would be Lieberman. I use to hate his weak voice but now feel he at least puts his country and not party career first.

One thing I can say about it is I sure do not want his JOB! No way could I fill his shoes nor could I do as good a job as he did. The presure and responcibiliy would cause to much stress for me. Mark H.

Wasn't a george fan in the very beginning but have to admit I feel better having him making these decision than I would have with bill at the helm. My opinion of him has risen so much that unless those other guys find a better guy than they got george will get my vote.
