Yup that bridge was the worst thing that happened to the U.P. & Yoopers. Brought all them elevated nosed trolls into our area. One reason were Packer n not Lion Fans.

Always a Yooper. I Born/raised in Iron Mtn. & married a gal from Ramsey. Have a place deep in Yooper Country although reside in Wisc. Most Yoopers are weather toughened hard working fun loving beer drinking Residents of Michigan's Better half.

I'm a looper by birth! But spent 20+ summers in Manistique. Ahhhhh summer love. I can still see those dark blue eyes and tanned muscles of my yooper honey, while he revvved up his mini bike on the way to the lake! Thanks for the memory!
