Hey everyone! I need a quick weather report. I am supposed to go to Iowa tomorrow - Rt. 80 straight across Ohio, Ind, Ill. to about 1 hour beyond Des Moines.

Have one day to decide, drive or fly. We have gotten 6" of snow since noon, and -0 wind chills.
Looks like the same weather into Ill.

I am scared of a de-iced plane! But I don't want to drive in a blizzard either! Anyone live on this route? What's really happening in your area?

I'll be heading out to Davenport on teusday, if you're on your way home and meet a big black Pete on 80 give me a wave! (all I ask is you wave with ALL of your fingers} LOL

Illinois, about one hour from the border to Iowa along your path.

Overcast. Relatively, kind of nice at the moment. I thought it smelt like rain earlier but it is not to be.

Suppose to be cold (30ish) tomorrow (Saturday) but low probability of snow until Sunday. Roads are clear and dry.
