HEY IS THE REST OF THE WORLD ASLEEP? I got on the page and everything was from yesterday .It's 7:30am here in wv and the dogs,cats and chickens have been fed oh and so has hubby ,his biscuits and gravy and eggs are only a memory all that's left is the coffee cup he left on the way out the door . he'll be back for more coffee and sweet rolls about 10:30 so i best get my butt in gear and get to work. Talk to you all later.

Well, I've been up for a while. Getting motivated isn't the easiest thing. Five below zero here and breezy. My woodpile is melting away fast.

Another couple of 12 inch Ash trees and that wall will even out...

Then I can start hauling my sugar wood...Figure I need a good 2 cord of the tops and softwood I have down...So I will haul 3 just to be safe...

I gotta retrieve my chain saw from my son who took it with him when he rode his snowmobile to town and kept it there. I've got a bunch more to start whacking up. Like to get at it.

I thought it was a law that you had to have at least two...How do you get the one that you are using unstuck when you pinch the bar without another saw?
