No, not mine....Congrats to my brother and his wife on the arrival of Evan James (a 10 pounder!). Also, my brother and his wife are touching 43! I can't imagine going through the diapers, nights awake, etc, etc all over again. They lost a 2yr old to heart failure a few years ago and so we are all so happy for them.

They say (I never knew who "they" are) that people are having children later in life. Anyone else out there have kids while in your 40's?

Wisereader, congrats on the new baby, nothing like a new addition in the familly to bring joy and togetherness.
My neighbors thought that it was about time that either one of them got 'fixed' to keep them from getting pregnant again. They had two teenage boys. That was five years ago, she was 43 and found herself pregnant again. Guess that only talking about it didn't help. They had a beautiful girl who is now almost five, and also the princes of the house.

I'm almost touching 40, and dont have children, and have no plans for children.

I do want to add my Congrats to you and your brother and his wife!
