I got my signs on today and took a picture of them at night to see if they reflect good, they do! The reflected letters are Red in day light. I had to put the word FIRE on it in 4 places and 2 are on the upper corners of the rear of the cab to be seen from the rear. I will take one in the day light tomorrow. Those sign people do good work and they are easy to put on too. Mark H.

Setting up that Dimension Saw Mill. I thought I was going to get a break but you know how that goes! Also doing some clean up work on the 8N to get it ready. Got to keep busy to keep my mind off the smokes!! Mark H.

Mark those signs look great on your truck!
You hang in there on the cigs;
you'll make it, I did.
Did mine cold turkey,
not easy but not impossible.

I only smoke a couple each day and boy they taste like crap! After I finish it I wish I hadn't. Mark H.

Yes, the first time I quit, I got angry at my then husband and decided to strike back at him for something.
The first one or two tasted terrible, but I was determined to "get back at him" (we had both quit together)!!
I did not succeed in that; but I did get hooked again quickly.
The next time I quit about a year later, was harder than the first time.
I was determined to not kill myself though, so I hung in there and was successful.

Carol will quit if I am suscessful. She did it before and can do it again, it was me who gave in. She is backing me and knows now. Mark H.

Thanks! Soon I need to say I don't smoke anymore like I did with alcohal. That way I did not think I could not do it, I just did not drink anymore. That will be the last step in the process. Mark H.
