He got Best in Breed last year and Best in Show this year. I never could understand when a Poodle wins over a Neuf! Just does not seem right. Mark H.

now now mark shouldn,t be talking like that some might interpret that as some form of prejudice against poodles, after all the newfies that bob an i know get right upset with us when we tell newfie jokes about them up here , they even threathen to take their island and leave the country. where was that dog from, i haven,t seen any dogs shows in a while, the lady i get my shelties from is big time into them travells all over canada ,the states and even great britian, she and her dogs have won alot of championships, i like watching them,i enjoy most dogs and the things they do.

The Newf is from Canada and owned by Peggy Helming. She is a big time breeder of them. I just like to see who wins. Never could get into the show sceen, to much clicking going on in the people. And to win these shows you have to take your dog to tons of them all year and that does not leave much time for them to have fun being a dog. Mark H.
