Don't worry, Clipper. I don't think Lent starts for another week or two.

Clipper do you mind if I offer an opinion. I read that you have to locate your bottle of Texas Sauce. Maybe I've been spoiled, but, down my way we don't use sauce. If you have to camaflage the taste of steak, we just feed it to the hounds. No offfense intended, you understand.........gfp

Using sauce is strictly a personal preference of my wife and kids....I don't put sauce on my own steak....when I cook for my family/friends I do my best to cater to their tastes as well as my own.....no offense taken! :^)

That beefer cost me some serious $$$ in feed but he sure does taste good....

Give a woman chocklit and she'll git fat and blame ya fer it.

Give her jewelry an she'll either lose it or hock it.

Yep...say I Luv You with a.....steak! LOL!

Nope....never tried it....I get my charcoal from a commercial Smoke House....I never knew that the charcoal they use has to be certified by the USDA....tis good stuff tho...don't take much to do a good job.
