My barn: need serious help!

I have my woodworking shop in the barn. Water drains off the mountain onto the barn. The bottom half of the barn(which is cinder block) is underground, and it was not sealed right when it was built. So, water flows thru the barn. We sealed the seams so now the water is coming up thru the holes that the posts that hold the ceiling up are set in. The water is also flowing under the barn, and you can see little bubbles coming up thru the floor, and water coming up thru any cracks in the cement. And I'm not talking a little water either! How are we ever going to fix this problem? I don't even know where to start. Anyone have any suggestions??
