- Don't forget your kill-switch lanyard every time you fire up the motor. - BigDog

I only wear my kill lanyard when traveling...

Impossible to wear it and jump up for a rod when trolling...

Impossible?

- Or you could spend 2 dollars on some pig-tailed elastic that would allow you to reach your rods and still trip the kill-switch if you should happen to fall over-board. - BigDog

Already have a coiled lanyard...Can not maneuver from midship to stern, side to side, and then back to helm with it connected...Not only is it impossible lengthwise, it is more of a hazard to get caught in a line or cable, or to trip you...

As I said...Running, I wear it...

Trolling at 2.5MPH I do not...
