Wooden Cylinder Churn, Unmarked
This wooden cylinder churn is from the mid 1890's. It is a three gallon churn with iron or steel hoops. The churn handle is iron or steel with a wooded grip handle. It is 15 inches high, 12 1/2 inches across in diameter and 9 3/4 inches in width. It has a cork in the bottom side where one would drain the buttermilk off.
