How to make Well Cistern on/off low/high level sensors in an Emergency
If the sensors in your cistern become so corroded they no longer work and the stores are all closed, try taking a couple of large stainless steel bolts and tying them onto the wire that the sensor was attached to, making certain that the wire makes good conductive contact to the bolt. This should get you by until you can obtain more sensors.
