Future In the Court
Once there was a little boy. He was always telling lies. People say there wasn't a day that went by without him some big stretcher. After various trips to the princible, random friends asking their parents if what he said was true (leading to a number of phone calls), his mother had gotten enough. 'Why,' she asked, 'do you always tell lies? And when I ask you what you've done, you never tell me the truth. You always say it was the other person.' This was the ending of a long, serious talk. The little boy looked up at her with tear-filled eyes and said, 'but mommy, I want to be a lawyer, remember?'
