Chunky Fish Chowder
Ingredients:
1 pound of cheap white fish, cubed
1 pound of frozen corn, rinsed and
drained
3 cans of condensed cream of potato
soup
3 soup cans of milk
1 8 ounce block of cream cheese
1 large onion
1 to 2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Dice and sautee the onion
2. Add onion and all ingredients
except corn and fish into a big pot
(one gallon at least)
3. Simmer until cream cheese and
soup are smooth.
4. Add corn and fish. Simmer until
corn is tender, fish is no longer
translucent
5. Serve with a slice of lemon on top
or a splash of dry sherry

My kids love it as leftovers, too.
