2 cans whole leaf spinach
2 cans chopped spinach
1/2 pound bacon
one chopped onion
small can mushrooms
package of sliced cheddar cheese
large tub sour cream
pour all spinach into colander and mash out all the water. Put into 8'baking dish and sprinkle with salt,pepper and any seasions you like.
In a skillet, cook the bacon that has been cut into 1 inch squares along with the chopped onion and mushrooms. Drain grease. Put this on top of the spinach and place cheddar cheese slices on top of that. Then spread a large tub of sour cream on top of that,sprinkle with parsley and bake at 350* till bubbly and slightly brown!
