11/3 Cups Lemon Juice
2/3 Cup of Castor Sugar
1/3 Cup of Brown Sugar, firmly packed
6 Cups (11/2 litres) of boiling Water
Ice cubes and fresh Mint to serve
Wash lemon well; slice thinly.
Combine lemon slices, juice, both sugars and boiling water in a jug. Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours.
Strain lemon mixture; discard lemon slices and pulp.
Serve lemonade with ice cubes and mint leaves; decorate with mint leaves and strawberries.
