Sorghum Peanut bread
Ingredients:
Sorghum & Peanut Bread

Put in the pan-

1 cup warm water, 100 - 110 F
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbst granular yeast
2 - 3 tbsp corn oil margarine that is pre-warmed to room temp.
2 - 3 tbsp sorgham

Shake it up real good and leave sit 'till the yeast gets to going good and shows some foam on top of the liquid. Then, put into the pan-

2 1/2 cups white flour
1/2 cup white corn meal
1/4 cup white sugar
3 handfulls of dry roasted peanuts
