Ingredients: 1 quart dandelion blossoms (no stems or leaves) 1 quart water 1 teaspoon lemon or orange extract 1 pkage pecton 4 1/2 cup sugar Directions: Boil blossoms in water for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. You should have 3 cups of liquid. Add; your choice of extract, pecton, sugar, and follow directions on the pecton package. Make sure you get the blossoms from a 'clean location'. (No animals or pesticides, etc.) This recipe has been in my family for several generations.
