1 can chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 Dash hot pepper sauce
salt & peper (to taste)
Mix all in saucepan. Med-heat range top.
Cook till thick & glossy (about 25 min.)
Serve over hot cooked rice.
Fried pork-chops are good with this meal.
