3 (14.75 oz) cans salmon
1 (18 oz) box corn flakes (crushed)
1 Tblsp Garlic/Herb Powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup Crisco shortening (divided)
Mix all but shortening together in a big bowl. Melt 1/2 of shortening in skillet. Make patties out of 1/2 salmon mix and fry to a golden brown, turning once. Repeat with the other half of mix/shortening.
Makes 14 large salmon patties. (I have 5 chidlren still at home!)
Serve with creamed peas and fried sweet potatos (with onions and bacon bits in the potatos).
