3-4 Large Sweet Potatoes (raw)
Lard or Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
Salt 1tsp (optional)
Cinnamon 1tsp (more if ya like)
Bag of Marshmallows (Large puffs)
Peel Sweet Potatoes, cut into wedges about 3 inches long. Salt wedges. In an iron skillet heat lard or oil, add Sweet Potatoes and brown evenly on all sides, reduce heat cover with lid and simmer until fork tender. Sprinkle Cinnamon over potatoes. Add Marshmallows to cover top of potatoes. Place uncovered skillet in preheated oven of 425 degrees until Marshmallows are golden brown. Remove and enjoy!!!
