New Yorker Steak
Ingredients:
2 pounds London Broil. (Support your local butcher.)
2 tbs. Dry Mustard
1/2 bottle terryaki sauce
1/2 bottle of Worstechire sauce
Small Bottle Kitchen Bouqet
Teaspoon Black Pepper
5 Cloves Garlic crushed
2 onions
Oregano to taste

Directions:
1. Chop onions. Chew gum to prevent crying if u so choose.
2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend baby blend.
4. Poke holes in the steak. I encourage u to play Toots and the Maytals while u do this. Specifically 5446. Then combine steak with the marinade.
5. Place marinated steak in the fridge.
6. After 2 hours flip the steak in the marinade. Basically flip steak at halfway point of the marinating.
7. When done marinating, Fire up the BBQ. Follow these directions;
