1-skinless chicken breast-seasoned with
1-4oz can of mushroom pieces with juice
1/3 cup of dry minute rice
1/2 cup of frozen vegies
Season chicken breast with onion salt, seasoned salt and pepper.
Place rice on a large piece of foil with vegies and chicken on top.
Fold sides of foil to hold liquid.
Then pour mushroom pieces and juice over chicken.
Then fold and seal foil into a packet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hour.
