you go to the PO to pick up some chicks. You have probably waited in line, and finally you say you have an order of chicks. Clerk brings you out a couple of boxes, you don't know they are going to be in one box or two. They tell you to sign so you do. Probably eager to see them, so you open them up without looking a the label. You trying to say you look at a label or name on a letter that comes to your house every time?
I opened my daughters mail last week from the elec company, they have the same one I do. I was expecting my bill. Knew it wasn't mine when it was for $431 . I can't blame the people. And, off hand, why did you say they were yuppies? As for the snippy wife, seems like Steve was already hot when he got there, he might have said something that got her that way. Bottom line PO fault
