Hi everyone. My question is: What exactly is 2%milk, 1%milk and skim milk. My husband and I were having a discussion about this and I think that whole milk is milk with nearly all the butter fat left in, 2%milk is milk that has all but 2% of the butter fat taken out and so on. Does anyone know? If so please let me know. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org Thanks.
