or so. Ususally in the sole area. I ignore them until they hurt. I have cut them out - you can pull on them when soft and see a separation from the healthy sole-while pulling gently cut away the debis. Keep gnawing away each night for about a week until you get down to some weird looking fibrous area. I froze them one with Liquid nitrogen from work - it didn't hurt alot until 6 hours later then WOW! Usually when I get one or two to go away the rest follow without having to touch them. Hope this information is of some use. Ray
