regional snacks (food)

having grown up in what we once called our area "PA Dutch" country i was wondering if the following snacks were enjoyed elsewhere.
a.a piece of bread slobbered up with butter and covered with molasses. (now called "table syrup")
b.a piece of bread covered with cottage cheese and then covered with table syrup.
c. a piece of bread covered with cottage cheese and then covered with applebutter.(schmeercase und ludvarrick, local pronounciation)
