The problem with such things is determined by finding someone,somehow who wants to buy it.A dealer in such antiquities or a collector may be interested,but many factors come into play such as originality,damage,normal wear,condition and what the ongoing auctions are averaging.Accurate appraisal of such items usually requires a "hands on" examination by a trained or experienced person.An idea can be gained by checking like items in antique shops or consulting guides such as "Kovels"(library).Them it's just a matter of hooking up with a buyer :)
