Longing for the country

My brother, sister and I bought a ranch 60 miles north of Laredo, Texas. It's only 94 acres but it has a main house, apartment, and various other buildings. It's the same ranch where my mother and father (both deceased) met as children; their parents worked as ranch hands. My daddy later became the chauffer for the wealthy owner.

Long story short, I live in Dallas, my brother in Ft Worth and sister in Corpus Christi. They are okay with the city but I want to get out of the "asphalt jungle" and go home to my ranch. Anyone have an idea as to what I could do with the ranch to earn a living? I lived in rural Texas as a child and teenager. Could hardly wait to get out and now can hardly wait to go back.

Of course I'm scared to leave the city because of the good job I currently have but I yearn for the countryside. Any ideas? Thanks for any.
