A question for Dr Welbys wazoo

mornin all, as most uf ya know we iz in the process of buildin our homsted. heres the question, we had our well dug this winter and while the driller wuz balein out to figure out the amount of water it produces the water waz clear. we just put together our pump pipe and wire and got it running. but we run the pump and getting lotsa water just its gota lot a silt and dirt in it. we ran the well out several times and stil it runs red? should it or does it normaly take awhile to flush out all the lose dirt? Oh yea the pump is aprox. 10 ft offin the botom the well iz 135 ft deep with we figure 80-85 ft of static water and it fills quickly at aprox. 9 gals a min. "please help us DR. Welbys wazoo!!"
