I would give it that long before I worried...If you are really worried, call the driller and ask them...

Are you running it all through the whole system, or is it running off the wellhead and not through your pipes...If you are running through your pipes, then I am betteing that part of what you are seeing is sediment that has stayed in your lines and it may take longer to run clean...

If the water is running all the way through the lines and you are going through a tap in the kitchen etc, I would think about hooking a garden hose to the pressure tank and bleeding/flushing from there...
