I was told to play a radio loud as you can with "talk radio, or some annoying music," on for 48 hrs. Not relaxing music.
Skunks hate noise and well leave the area to a more peacefull place.
I haven't been able to try this due to the fact that I live in an apartment building. I'm going to spead the word around soon and fine out if it's ok with everyone, because the smell is really getting to me....
