i have land that i need to put to use. been thinking of a cash crop. a frien who used to raise 10 pigs a year said he can't afford to buy the feeders at auction anymore cause they cost $80 to $90. and of cousrse after feeding them for 8 months you won't realize much profit for all the trouble. my thought is, raise the feeders! what do you experts think. can a person who knows nothing about pigs (have chikens), but willing to learn, breed pigs for the feeders for profit? any constructive criticism greatly appreciated. thank you.
