Griz, sorry I didnt realize I had to introduce myself to you before I could post on the board. I have served in the Marine Corp during Nam and several good friends of mine have their name on a wall. They were good people and good fathers and good sons and what did they die for? I just dont want our country to get involved in another "limited war" which we cant win and I see that happening today. We are bombing and destroying Iraq today and now the Pres. wants 18.4 BILLION dollars to rebuild it for the next budget. Just stop and think how that amount of money could be spent here in our country, perhaps on health care for the poor or creating new jobs to replace the ones lost to China to name just a few. I realize a lot of good people are here on this board and back the President, but just dont do it blindly and think the whole thing thru and I belive you will have some serious doubts about our involvement in Iraq.
