Canning :fried apples like cracker barrel.

I have a recipe for fried apples like cracker barrel but have no idea how to convert it for canning. The apple slices get cooked in bacon drippings and brown sugar till tender.Would i leave the apples raw or only cook part of the way . Also water bath or pressure can???
