a friend of mine accidently killed 5 or 6 maple tress several years ago by pouring brush killer on some black berry briars about 30 feet away from them. Took about 1 month for the results to be recognised. Tool late by that time to do anything about it. I WOULD RECOMMEND DOING THIS IN THE FALL. Looks more natural that way.
