I just made a sausage stuffer out of 10 inch stainless pipe. It should hold at least 55 lbs at a time and is air operated. I got the idea from the old E-Z Pack water stuffers. (Go to Zuber Inc. website and look at the 100 lb stuffer for the drawings)Instead of water, I use air to drive the piston from the bottom upward. Cap the bottom of your pipe and on the top lid, place a 1" ball valve to control output. Hardest part is finding a seamless pipe that i.d size is true in diameter. The piston I had made from teflon. You could make a smaller one with CPVC but fittings are expensive when you get into big pipe sizes.
