a little chicken advice

We have 38 Buff Orpington hens. There are 2 that I am concerned about. One seems lathargic, fluffed up and won't leave the roost. The other seems ok but won't leave the roost.

We get 28-33 eggs a day. We change the shavings every week to week and a half, they get fresh water twice a day. They are on layer mash and cracked corn with the occasional dried corn from our garden. They get turned out when we get home so they spend anywhere from 3 to 5 hours a day outside during the week and are outside all day on weekends.

Any ideas? Thank you.
