I realize the government needs land for various public purposes and it takes somebody's home/farm/woodland to do this. However, the local governments around here will condemn, take by eminent domain, land which it intends to turn around and sell to another private individual or corporation. Five acres in York PA were being used by one business that didn't want to sell. The city decided it would rather have another business there and took the land from the original owners and then sold it at a profit to another business. They do the same for baseball stadiums etc. Just a bunch a commies.
