I was just reading some of your story, and although I can't speak about Ga. I can tell you that in PA. you have a case. OK, at least in PA. I can tell you that I have lost a couple cases like yours, except that here, the driver was the only witness.
When I ran dumps, I bought a couple windshields, and a hood. Every time I had a problem I was empty. Here's what the one judge told me.
He didn't care if I was empty or not, if a truck in front of me dropped a stone, and it got picked up in the treads of my drive tires, and my mud flaps were not sufficient to contain it,, well it just became my rock.
My rock vs, your windshield, meant a very low Yuengling count at poverty patch that weekend. LOL
Don't walk away, keep looking. For what it costs here, I'd be trying if I were you.
