If you have gas and spark it SHOULD start. If it's really getting gas (spraying out of the fuel injectors, and down against the throttle plates), the computer is at least partially working, and it should at least fire and try to start on that gas. (The injectors are "pulsed" by the computer, and if the injectors ARE spraying, the computer is doing that, and that fuel plus the spark should make it try to start.)

Take a look at a spark plug or two, and see if they are wet with gasoline.

Be carefull, and keep your face away from the top of the throttle body, incase it decides to backfire flaming gas. And have an extinguisher at hand!
