I would have chicken stew. Unless you are trying to get fertile eggs to be hatched, I can not see any good reason to keep a mature rooster. Especially with only one hen to hold his interest. He may even kill her.

Unless you really LIKE the noise that a rooster WILL make before dawn all the time and also at other times, I would end his attacks. You might sleep better and if you have neighbors that are close by at all, you might get along with them a lot better too.
