Either Your air pressure is too low in tha Tank or tha Bladder has pooped out. There is an Air Valve on tha Tank all same as Valve on Tire,You can put in about 40# and see what happens. Recovery may be dramatic. I assume You had a Well Man pull the Pump,under tha circumstances I'd mabe find another Well critter as tha first thing He should'a done would be ta check tha Tank. IMHO
