yup i agree it's probly the bladder in the pressure tank. yu can bypass the tank & see - it doesn't need a tank to pump.
the sulphur smell is easy really - ya need balance 4 elements perfectly to get sulphur dioxide, which is what you're smelling. mostly in the hot water i reckon. first try shocking the well with a jug of bleach overnite to upset the excess oxygen balance. this also helps neutralize drowned vermin/bugs in the well. then you can get an aerator tank or filter what's left. we just have a little thermos-sized unit by the kitchen sink that's good for 35,000 gallons.
