Oslo, it took a lot of guts to post what you posted. You posted it in the right place, because I think this place has got to be the most caring bunch of people in the world. sure, sometimes we squabble like kids, but that passes. I did read that particular post. Although I can't relate to such a brutal act, I can relate to losing someone very dear to you.

My MIL died at 55 years of age. She was my very best friend, she was a role model, I really looked up to her. Shelby was her world, and we ourselves had such a bond. She died in her sleep, two years after she had a heart attack. She had been doing so well, she was exercising, eating right, getting back to her old self, she had angioplasty to open a few clogged arteries.

The autopsy revealed she had a blood clot break loose in her leg, and she had an anurism. My FIL called me, they had been married for 35 years, since he was 18 years old, he was lost. He still is, and its been three years. It still doesn't seem right. She was taken before her time was up. Things will never be the same, but we find a way to go on.

If you stay long enough, you will get to know people here and people will get to know you, its just enivitable. Theres nothing wrong with that. Sometimes, there are things I share with the folks on here that my husband could care less about, but I know y'all care. Something as simple as my chickens. Ian couldn't give a hoot about those birds, but I can come here and show pics and tell stories, and everybody loves it. It feels nice to be able to do that.

I know everybody is different, has their own things in life to deal with, but, I wish you wouldn't go. People here understand more than you know.
