I use a variation. The cheapest paint roller holder I can find with a paper towel tube fitted over metal roller just like a paint roller. You'll have to cut a few inches off the towel tube. The roller will contact 3 points on the top of bucket. Drill holes and use a piece of wire or rope to hold in place. A 3' ft pc. of 1x4 as a ramp extending about one inch from roller. Peanut butter on towel tube. They haven't got a chance with the paint roller, that sucker really spins and in they go. Anti freeze is a good idea if you will be gone for an extended period otherwise a little water.I'll average three to five a week easy in the house. As I was constructing it my son had the nerve to ask if I was making a fun house for the mice?
